Journey to the rainforest to engage in a selection of innovative Ecopsychology activities that combine intentional awareness, mindfulness and thoughtful reflection. The joy, peace and serenity of being in deep connection with nature will nurture your inner soul.
This unique session begins with a calming meditation after which you are guided on how to engage in two way communication with the web of life. In a group circle there is the opportunity to express and share your joyful natural experiences and self-discovery with others.
After this introduction you will then be given a ‘play-book’ with a choice of other activities that allow you to connect to nature in a process that promotes balance, peace and unity. Once you have spent time immersing yourself in this wholesome natural environment, another group sharing circle and gratitude meditation will powerfully conclude the session.
