Evening Meal
A 3 course communal dinner is served around 7:15 p.m. daily.
The fixed menu each night, is the result of that days cooking workshop, run by our resident expert, cooked on the open fire and coal pot in the traditional ways, using as much fresh produce from our own organic gardens, or those of our neighbours, as possible.
